Good quality catering is a vital ingredient in any event’s success and the Thornbury Centre prides itself being able to serve up a wide range of catering solutions.

The focus for much of the eating and drinking in the Thornbury Centre is the street-style café whose light and spacious location provides a window on the world as you enjoy your meal. The café is open between 9 and 2 every day and at other times as required.

The café also hosts one of the centre’s two licensed bars which links the café area to a gallery of art and photographs which give a flavour of the history of the centre and its involvement in the community.

We can cater for any conference situation from imaginative buffets to a serviced restaurant setting for up to 100 delegates. The varied menus are designed to suit all budgets and reflect the wealth of culinary tradition that Bradford and Leeds have to offer. We are able to cater to any diet and provide vegetarian and gluten-free options.

Breakfast meetings are a speciality with a delicious continental breakfast and selection of hot rolls to get the day off to the best possible start.

The centre’s other licensed bar is in the 120 seat multi-purpose John Day Hall and can be arranged to be open throughout your event. The bars serve a wide range of drinks and often stock ales from local breweries such as the award winning Timothy Taylors of Keighley.
